Flourish & Bloom is about...

Creating the conditions which allow us to flourish through meditation, reflection, connecting with nature, seeking out inspiring wisdom, and sharing in community.

Through self-access resources, live events, and groups, we:
  • Increase mindful awareness moment by moment
  • Discover, embrace, and learn to show up for ourselves, as we are
  • Connect with ourselves and relate skillfully as we navigate life situations with the people around us
  • Become inspired by wisdom, by the natural world, and our community
The resources and teachings offered here cultivate stillness, spaciousness, focus, and intentionality, while engaging self-compassion, self-worth, self-love. 
With practice and in community, we learn to live more authentically in the present moment, feeling grounded, balanced, and at ease as we are. We flourish, meeting challenges with grace and resilience.

These resources are offered by Katie Dutcher, MA, teacher of mindfulness and meditation, Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Certified Mindful Outdoor Guide. 

With eight years of experience in teaching and coaching, course creation, and helping people to grow and transform, I created this platform to support you in following through on self-care practices that help you to flourish.
